Version 1.1 of Goodday was approved by Apple today. The first comment I heard was that it felt more “refined”. That was essentially the goal of this release. That’s really all you need to know, but the rest of the changes are documented in this post…
- Edit Your Goals – This was really the first feature request. If you installed on day 1 you may want to keep your history, but update your goal to keep it fresh.
- New Icon – So I can’t draw. I spent way to long working on the 1.0 icon. For this release I just went to an icon site.
- New (As in not a) splash screen – I explained this one here.
- About Screen – A quick about screen that links to the Facebook page and a feedback forum. Yes, I’d really like to know more about everyone using GoodDay beyond the download count.
- Retina Display Images – I have a post coming about how I did this. But it looks shinier on my iPhone now. 🙂
- Updated Colors – I still don’t like them, but it’s an improvement IMO.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements.
